Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Greene Wealth Consulting websites, content, consultations, communities, programs, digital products, and related services. By using or purchasing through our sites, you agree to these Terms and any signed service agreement. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that service.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You may not misuse our sites, interfere with security, impersonate another person, submit unlawful information, scrape content, or use our materials to violate another person’s rights.

Credit-related services

Credit outcomes depend on each consumer’s reports, documentation, creditor and bureau responses, ongoing financial behavior, and other factors outside our control. We do not promise a specific score increase, deletion, approval, funding amount, interest rate, or completion date. Accurate and current negative information generally cannot lawfully be removed merely because it is unfavorable.

Where the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act or another law applies, the consumer receives all mandatory disclosures, a written contract, and the right to cancel without penalty or obligation before midnight of the third business day after signing. Nothing in these Terms waives a nonwaivable consumer right. Covered credit-repair fees will be handled according to applicable restrictions on advance payment and the applicable service agreement.

Cancellation and refunds

You may submit a written cancellation request within three business days of purchase or signing. For services covered by credit-repair law, the controlling contract and cancellation notice govern and legally required refunds will be issued. After the applicable cancellation period, purchases of immediately delivered digital products, downloads, recordings, templates, event access, communities, and educational materials are final and nonrefundable to the extent allowed by law. Duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, failure to deliver, and rights required by law remain eligible for review. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund prior access unless required by law or stated in the applicable offer.

Payments

You authorize the disclosed charges and agree to provide accurate billing information. Prices, installment terms, renewals, and due dates appear at checkout or in the applicable agreement. Failed or disputed payments may suspend access. Do not initiate a chargeback for a charge you recognize without first contacting us so we can investigate.

Funding and business information

Funding content and consulting are educational and strategic. Lenders and other third parties make independent decisions. We do not guarantee approval, funding, limits, pricing, or terms. You are responsible for accurate applications and for reviewing all lender agreements.

Intellectual property

Greene Wealth materials, branding, videos, templates, trainings, methods, graphics, and website content are owned by or licensed to Greene Wealth. Purchases provide a limited, personal, nontransferable license unless written terms state otherwise. You may not reproduce, resell, share login access, publish, or create competing materials from our content.

Third parties

Our sites may link to third-party software, lenders, credit-monitoring services, payment processors, communities, or platforms. Their terms and privacy practices control their services. We are not responsible for third-party decisions, outages, content, or conduct.

Disclaimers and liability

Services and content are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Greene Wealth is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Indemnity

You agree to protect Greene Wealth from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the sites, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Changes and termination

We may update offerings and these Terms prospectively. We may suspend access for nonpayment, misuse, fraud, security concerns, or material violations.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the law identified in your controlling service agreement, without waiving rights that apply in your state.
